Independence the black bear cub ("Indie" for short) was born in Oregon in late-January, and separated from her mama bear. She has a bit more to grow before getting in the big bear exhibit!

Sumatran Tiger cubs #1, 2, and 3 are all girls, born in May. They are developing sweet and sassy personalities. They support team USA soccer, they love to play, and they still adore their mama Jingga, who is the purrrfect mom.

Bumi the orangutan just turned two, and is still a little guy! He loves to explore and is becoming quite active and independent from mom. Precious!

Remember our star giraffe, Hope? She is about 4 years old now (can you believe it?) so she's not included in our poll. My, how giraffes grow up so fast!
